However, the fact that the building turned visible and outstanding - an indisputable fact. Futuristic periscope (more like an alien) by its two roofs combined musical theater, ready to receive 550 guests, and a showroom area of ​​2 000 square meters.
"Look" of the periscope facing the river and the old part of the city, as well as present (if you like, the future will come) looks back at the past and tradition.
