Original paintings by famous artists such as Pablo Picasso, Wassily Kandinsky and Franz Roubaud present in the Tbilisi Palace of Art (National Theatre Museum, cinema, music and choreography).
Exposition of the world's masterpieces will open February 18 at 14:00 and will last a month.
In addition to paintings by Picasso, Kandinsky and Roubaud, visitors will be able to see the work of the French postimpressionist Maximilien Luce, as well as the Georgian painter George (Gigo) Gabashvili - the largest representative of the Georgian realistic art of the second half of XIX - early XX century.
Just eight paintings will be on exhibit. All work was delivered in Tbilisi from the US - they are kept in the private collection of the Georgian collector of fine art David Kobakhidze.
"Confirming the authenticity of original documents have already arrived. Very soon you will see the originals and masterpieces "- wrote on his page on the museum's director Giorgi Kalandia.
The paintings exhibited in the hall of the Palace of Arts David Arsenishvili. Entrance to the exhibition fee: adults - 2 lari (about US $ 0.75) for children - 1 lari (about 0.3 dollars).
